When booking, you can add an additional site to cart for checkout. We will do our best to place these bookings next to each other. If you are booking separately, one group member can email our team with your groups booking numbers at the earliest convenience. Our team will then endeavour to situate you next to each other. Please allow 3-5 business days for an email response.

RAC members enjoy exclusive rates at Rose Gardens Holiday Park. When checking out online, select the RAC member rate and input your member number and details. If booking via the phone or email, please let our team know you are an RAC member.

We have pet-friendly sites available. Pets must be including in your booking, which you can do by adding them on the checkout page.

Check-in is from 2pm, and check out is by 10am. Please note that our reception hours are 8am – 6pm. If you are arriving after this time, you can register for contactless check-in. This option will be provided to you in your prearrival email 14 days before your stay.

We will also provide you with an after-hours or emergency contact number upon your arrival for added peace of mind.

Reception is open 8am – 6pm daily.

One vehicle is permitted per booking. Any other vehicles will need to find alternate parking.

No, we do not have Wi-Fi available at the park.

Bikes and scooters can be used throughout the property as long as protective gear and helmets are worn. Please ensure that road rules are observed. Bikes and scooters are not to be ridden at the main entrance/exit area, camp kitchen, Rec Room or in Cabins. Children must be supervised at all times and usage is to be limited to daylight hours only.

Yes, we have a camp laundry. Washing and drying machines are available for guest use for a small fee. You will find clotheslines situated throughout the park.

Yes, a dump point is available for the use of guests. Please see staff for locations.
